UPS To Factor Box Size Into New Pricing Method
United Parcel Services (NYSE:UPS) is nearing a deal to acquire Italian healthcare logistics company Bomi Group for several hundred million dollars, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.

The deal could be finalized as soon as Monday assuming the talks do not break down at the last minute, according to the report.

Closely held Bomi distributes a range of medical products including imaging equipment, biological samples and pharmaceuticals to hospitals, clinics, laboratories as well as to patients' homes, operating in Europe and Latin America.

UPS (UPS) recently reported better than expected Q2 earnings and revenues.
